Job Description:

Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this role is responsible for the design, configuration, testing, implementation, administration, and ongoing optimization of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with a primary focus on Oracle Cloud HCM.

The HRIS Systems Analyst III serves as a key technical resource, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to support Oracle Cloud HCM modules, deliver system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, support upgrades and testing activities, and identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification strongly preferred.
• Direct Oracle Cloud HCM experience is required, including 5-7 years configuring, developing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• 5-7 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and multiple modules, including Benefits, Compensation, Career Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Absence Management, and HCM Analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI).
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle Fast Formula development.
